Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach By Ihg, Pensacola Beach

I was really looking forward to my stay at Holiday Inn Pensacola Beach, but it didn't quite match my expectations. Although the lobby and breakfast were nice, the room we received was dated and not what I had requested. The staff were polite and did their best to help, but it felt like the whole experience was overshadowed by the disappointing room situation and humidity. That said, it's still a decent option overall if you manage your expectations.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, highlighted by the serene beach atmosphere and stunning ocean views from every room. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel truly impressed me, making for a relaxing stay. While the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, I found the pool area to be a bit basic compared to other nearby options.
